This session challenges leadership teams to examine how their existing structures align, interact, and function as a whole. Participants will explore seven essential domains of a comprehensive school mental health system and be introduced to the School Mental Health Quality Assessment Tool to support continuous improvement. Attendees will be ready to lead their teams in meaningful reflection, strategic refinement, and purposeful redesign of practices across a tiered continuum of supports.

This session challenges the "checklist" approach to engagement, moving from passive involvement to active investment. Drawing on 30 years of leadership experience, we will deconstruct systemic barriers and utilize the Dual Capacity-Building Framework to foster trust-based partnerships. Participants will learn to leverage family insights to strengthen Tier 1 and Tier 2 supports, centering the "Whole Child". Attendees will leave with strategies to strengthen family involvement and relationships with their school community.
