About me
Jennifer Snapp is an Educational Improvement Consultant with Wayne RESA, bringing 30 years of experience as a teacher, leader, coach, and literacy consultant. Jennifer takes a human-centered approach, building trust and communication among school leaders, staff, and families. As a facilitator and leadership coach, Jennifer focuses on developing collaborative partnerships to create supportive systems for the whole child. Alyn Eastin is an Educational Improvement Consultant with Wayne RESA, bringing over 25 years of experience across public and private education. Her career spans roles as a classroom teacher, multi-state test developer, and administrator. Alyn is deeply committed to social justice, focusing on advancing equitable, high-quality instruction for all students and supporting educators in that work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from Dillard University and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota. Alyn is dedicated to the mission of “Leading Learning for ALL.”
