Dr. Katelin (Katie) DaCruz is a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Oakland Schools, with a focus on schools involved in the Statewide System of Support (SSOS). Prior to her current role, Katie served as Supervisor of Continuous Improvement and District MTSS Coordinator at Godfrey-Lee Public Schools. Her background also includes school psychology, research focused on bringing evidence-based practices to educators, and supporting students with language and literacy challenges. She is committed to building district capacity through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
