About me
Jan Douglas is an experienced educator with a diverse background as an elementary and middle school teacher, instructional coach, elementary principal, and K–5 curriculum coordinator for Plymouth-Canton Schools. Passionate about literacy and student achievement, she has facilitated the development of a new K–5 literacy curriculum grounded in the science of reading, empowering teachers and engaging students through evidence-based practices.
