About me
Dr. Kristin Weber is an experienced educational leader with a deep commitment to enhancing student learning through innovative leadership and a passion for Universal Design for Learning (UDL). She holds a B.A. in Secondary Education with a major in mathematics and a minor in biology from Western Michigan University, a M.A. in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College, an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Oakland University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Madonna University, where she focused her dissertation on the implementation of the continuous improvement process.Currently serving as the Director of Secondary and District Programs for South Lyon Community Schools, Kristin has held a variety of leadership roles, including instructional coach, data literacy coach, curriculum coordinator, and assistant principal. Her extensive experience allows her to empower teachers with the tools and strategies needed to make learning both accessible and engaging for all students.With a focus on continuous growth and practical solutions, Kristin is dedicated to supporting educators in their efforts to create equitable and effective learning environments.
